Due to restrictions and the need for the USPS to machine sort, these items can only be combined with upgrading to USPS first-class postage. Please allow ten full shipping days before contacting us about an undelivered article using the Ebay standard envelope. This shipping method also updates tracking information once delivery is complete. Returns are accepted when the seller is at fault, or the item has been misrepresented.
